What are the payment methods?

How do I recognize the driver?

The driver will hold a nameplate with your name or company logo on it.

For how many people can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation for as many people you want.

How can I cancel a reservation?

You can cancel a reservation to send us a email with your cancellation request.

Do you offer 24/7 services?

Yes we offer 24/7 services when you make a booking in advance.

Are there extra costs when my flight is delayed?

When your flight is delayed there are no extra costs. Only when your flight is more than 6 hours delayed there is an additional fee of € 50,-.

Villas & Apartments

How do I book a villa or apartment?

Are all villas safe for kids or child-friendly?

Not all villas are designed to be child or kid friendly. Always check with one of our staff.

Is smoking allowed at the villa?

All villas prohibit smoking in any indoor areas at the villas. However, there are many outdoor areas at the villa where guests are allowed to smoke.

Do we share the villa with other guests?

No. You do not share the villa with other guests. When you rent the villa, the entire property is only exclusive for your use including all facilities at the villa.

Cars

How do I book a car?

You can make a reservation to fill in the booking form on our “Get in touch” page or to send us a email with your wishes and details.

What are the requirements for a car rental?

Renters must be 21 years old for the rental of cars falling under group A to group E. And from car group F to Car group LC, renter must have completed at least 25 years of age.

When will the deposit be returned?

Security deposit is returned at the end of the rent term, upon return of the undamaged car. The full deposit will be returned during 29 days after the return. This time is required to obtain all possible fines.

Will I get a car with full tank of fuel?

The vehicle is rented with a full tank.  The vehicle should be returned with full tank as well.
The renter should return the vehicle with the same fuel level as given, if not, the renter will be charged with the cost of fuel plus 20% service charge.

I found a scratch on the car. What should I do?

All clients are requested to check the car for scratches or other defects at the time of delivery. If you find any of these later, the damage fee will be charged.

What will happen if I get a traffic fine?

Traffic fines will be charged to the customer’s card included an administration fee of 50EUR.

What should I do during an accident?

In the unforeseen circumstances of your vehicle being involved in an accident please note that the vehicle should not be moved from the point of the accident or damage, You have to notify the police (Call 091) and remain with the vehicle in order to obtain a police report, otherwise the renter will be held responsible for the entire cost of damage on the vehicle. Jet Ski

How do I book a jet ski?

Is a nautical qualification necessary?

Yes, it is compulsory. If you are a Spanish national, you must have a navigation license or a higher qualification. In the case of foreign nationals, nautical qualifications for navigation at sea issued in their country of origin or residence.

Is there a deposit on the rent?

A deposit of between 1500€ and 2000€ will be requested from the hirer, to be paid by the client at the time of delivery of the jet ski in cash or by pre-authorisation of the card.

When will I get my deposit back?

At the end of the rental, provided that all equipment is in perfect condition and the fuel is correct as agreed.

Will the weather affect my jet ski rental?

Generally we are open rain or shine, but in the event of heavy fog or very rough seas, we will use our discretion on refunds/rescheduling.

Can I bring any items with me?

Of course you can! The bikes are equipped with a watertight compartment where you can store anything you want to take with you.

Private Chef

How do I book a Private Chef?

How does it work?

AOI allows you to enjoy the experience of having a private chef. As a guest, you simply fill in the details of your event in an easy and dynamic way, we will connect you with the best local chefs.

Yachts

How do I book a yacht?

How far in advance would you recommend booking a yacht?

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible in order to ensure you get the widest selection of yachts available. All of our yachts are subject to availability. That being said we can take last minute bookings and will always accommodate clients to the best of our ability.

What happens if the weather get unforable?

If the weather is deemed “unsafe to sail” by our experienced captain, we will allow clients to reschedule the trip at no extra cost. Subject to availability.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

You are welcome to bring food and beverages of your choice, or you may alternatively opt for our catering service, where we provide a BBQ service on request. Do let us know in advance so we can prepare for it before your arrival.

Is smoking allowed on the yacht?

Smoking is allowed on our yachts. However, we strictly prohibit guests from smoking inside the boats. Our crew will provide ashtrays and will show you the designated areas for you to smoke.

Do you allow pets onboard?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on board our yachts as a matter of safety for the animals and potential damage caused to the yachts.

What documents should we carry?

Every guest should carry a valid Passport or Emirates ID for their trip.

Buggy Tours

How do I book a Buggy Tour?

What are the possibilities?

We offer a 1.5 hours or 3 hours tour.

With how many people can you do the activity?

As we have a large fleet, there is no limit to the number of people who can join us on the safari tours. If you have a large group of people, we can make arrangements as per your requirements and we can also offer you customized packages. However, there is a limit of how many people will be accommodated in one 4X4 vehicle during the tour, which we do not exceed.
